Last week, the enjuba team gathered at Lakes of Grace Resort for our annual planning retreat. The retreat was a time to pause, reflect, and align our work as a team.

We spent the days reviewing our programs, auditing the activities we carried out over the past year, and carefully evaluating the progress we have made. This process helped us celebrate the milestones we’ve achieved, while also identifying the areas where we can do better.

The retreat was both insightful and energizing. It gave us space to think deeply about how we serve children and communities, and how we can strengthen our programs to create even more impact.

As we look ahead, the lessons and ideas from the retreat will guide key changes in the way we work in the coming year. We are excited about the journey ahead and grateful for the opportunity to continue growing together as a team.
